We're glad you're here. We're excited to meet you! In your first session you'll be receiving a special type of coaching session called a Strategy Session.
Our coaching is most importantly focused on helping you get from where you currently are to a place you want. Our goal is your goal and you should expect to experience progress as you continue receiving coaching from us.
The Strategy Session is designed to give you a personalized plan to achieve your goal in your current situation. We begin with proven techniques to build an understanding of our clients and identify their biggest challenges.
Understanding you, your situation and your relationships enables us to guide you effectively. You'll get a step-by-step plan on what to do, and a coaching strategy for how to ensure your short- and long-term goals are met.
Before you start your Strategy Session, our Relationship Profiler questionnaire gives your coach some preliminary insight into your personality and your relationships. Your coach will apply our Relationship Profiling Framework to assess what your Core Issues may be.
Next, your coach will focus on getting to know you and your situation on a deep level. You'll be asked questions that help understand the details of your situation, your unique perspective and the goals you hope to achieve.
Your coach will summarize your situation and diagnose potential roadblocks we can help you overcome, which you may or may not have already been aware of.
We help identify and change any self-defeating relationship patterns that are holding you back.
We advise on what's achievable for you in the coming weeks and months.
You'll also get advice on what you can do right now to make a positive impact and bring you closer to achieving your goal. The actionable advice may include helping you write the perfect text message, coaching for improving your inner mindset, journaling exercise, audio meditations, and more.
For your next session, we'll help you take action in the right direction. We want you to succeed, to have the relationship you've always wanted, and avoid any pain relationships in the past have caused you. If you're determined to achieve your goals, we'll support you in implementing your strategy in your daily life.
We'll be here throughout your process as things come up. You even have access to live 24/7 support from our team of 100+ coaches. We hope you're excited to start the process toward relationship mastery.
After your strategy session you'll be set on a path by your coach towards accomplishing your personal or relationship goals.
We adopt an adaptive coaching style where the plans/strategies you receive are evaluated and reconsidered as your situation unfolds and your preferences change. Sometimes the unexpected happens and your partner does or says something that changes everything. Or maybe you discover something about yourself or your partner that makes you want to go in a different direction. You can expect your coach to consider changing factors and reevaluate your path if necessary.
While our adaptive coaching is flexible and evolves with change, it's also designed to keep you on track to accomplish the goals you've set. That's why the coaching you'll receive is also accountability-based, where you'll be held accountable and made self-aware of any behaviors or thought processes that aren't aligned with your higher pursuits.
